EarnexPro is an online platform for searching for work, posting vacancies and tasks, searching for performers and employers. This document explains how we collect, use and store users' personal data.
2. What data we collect
- Data you provide yourself:email, username, full name, profile photo, description, contact information, announcements, vacancies, tasks, ratings, comments, complaints.
- Technical and analytical data:IP address, browser type, language, device, cookies, session data (session ID).
- Data from third parties:data collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads (analytics and advertising cookies).
3. What we use the data for
- Registration, authentication and account management.
- Publishing and displaying advertisements, searching and filtering content.
- Moderation, fraud prevention and platform security.
- Sending system notifications and personal messages.
- Analytics and service improvement (Google Analytics).
- Displaying personalized advertising through Google Ads/AdSense.
4. Cookies and third-party services
We use cookies to save sessions, user preferences and analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to collect statistics and advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's settings.
5. Deleting your account and data
The user cancompletely delete your account yourselfthrough profile settings. After confirming the deletion:
- Personal data and content (profile, advertisements, ratings, comments) are deleted from the database.
- Technical logs (server records) may be retained for a short period for operational reasons.
- We do not maintain long-term backups containing personal data after permanent account deletion.
6. Data security
We use standard security measures: saving passwords in hashed form, secure HTTPS communication, limited administrator access to data. However, no method of transmission or storage of data is completely secure - we do everything in our power to protect information.
7. Shelf life
The account and associated data are retained until the user deletes the profile. Some technical metadata may be retained for a short period for internal needs and security.
8. Transfer of data to third parties
We do not sell personal information. Data may be transferred to third parties only as part of the provision of services (for example, Google for analytics and advertising) or in cases required by law.
9. User rights
You can access your data, correct it, or request deletion. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of marketing (newsletter) data in your profile settings.
