User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

Using the platformEarnexPro, you agree to this User Agreement.

2. User accounts

• The user creates an account with reliable data.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the password.
• The administration can delete or block accounts if the terms are violated.

3. User Content

• All advertisements, vacancies, tasks, ratings, comments, complaints and other content are the sole responsibility of the user.
• Content must not violate any law, third party rights or copyrights.
• The user grants the platform a non-exclusive license to display content within the service.

4. Use of the service

• Fraud, spam, automated actions, and disruption of the platform are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to create accounts on behalf of other people and companies without their consent.
• The administration may delete or edit content without notice.

5. Payment and paid services

All prices, payments and conditions are published on the website. The platform does not guarantee a refund for unused services if this is provided for in the rules.

6. Responsibility

The platform is not responsible for the actions of users and the use of their content. Use of the site is at your own risk.

7. Personal data

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance withPrivacy Policyand legislation of Ukraine and the EU (GDPR)

8. Intellectual property

The design, logos, code and content of the site belong to the platform owner. Use is limited to the limits of the service.

9. Termination of access

• The user can delete the account and content at any time.
• The administration may limit or terminate access to violations.

10. Changes to the Agreement

We may update the Agreement. New terms and conditions come into force upon publication on the website.

11. Dispute resolution

For all legal issues, Ukrainian legislation applies. The parties try to resolve disputes peacefully or through a competent court.
